CONSERVATION COMMISSION
The Eastham Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, 27 December 2011, at 6pm at the Earle Mountain Room, Eastham Town Hall, 2500 State Highway, pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Ch. 131, §40 (Wetland Protection Act) and the Town of Eastham Wetlands Protection By-Law, Article 34, 1980, in order to consider the following:
Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Joanna Buffington. Applicant proposes removal of non-native vegetation and planting native vegetation at property located at 1395 Samoset Road, Map 13, Parcel 118.
Notice of Intent filed by Dana Gould. Applicant proposes replacement of 3’ x 18’ pier access ramp at property located at the end of Cove Road, Lot C-5.
Notice of Intent filed by Mark Sherman. Applicant proposes replacement of 24 untreated piles for an existing pier at property located at 20 Richard Lane, Map 21, Parcel 62E.
Notice of Intent filed by Jennifer and Eric Lammers. Applicant proposes vista pruning vegetation management plan at property located at 500 State Highway, Map 21, Parcel 077.
Request for Certificate of Compliance for Cliff Cottage Trust. DEP SE 19-1249 for re-construction and repairs of a rock revetment at property located at 7 Memory Lane, Map 07, Parcel 501.
Request for Extension Permit for John Hickey. DEP SE 19-1203, 105 Bay View Drive, sand nourishment.
Request for Extension Permit for David Aranowitz. DEP SE 19-1204, 35 Cranberry Lane, sand nourishment.
Request for Extension Permit for Keith Harrison. DEP SE 19-1205, 37 Cranberry Lane, sand nourishment.
Continuation on Notice of Intent filed by Eastham Department of Public Works. Applicant requests reconstruction of Ellis Road to eliminate storm water discharge to Town Cove, Map 22.
Continuation of Notice of Intent filed by James and Donna Demetri. Applicant requests an after the fact filing to plant select trees, shrubs at property located at 265 Herring Brook Road, Map 17, Parcel 486.
Continuation of Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Frederick Thomas. Applicant proposes removal of 40 trees and vegetation plan at property located at 1205 Herring Brook Road, Map 13, Parcel 78D.
